Citrus-Smoked Sausage
- 1 (18-ounce) jar orange marmalade
- 1/2 (5-ounce) bottle TABASCO® brand SWEET & Spicy Pepper Sauce
- 2 pounds smoked sausage, sliced
Place marmalade and TABASCO® SWEET & Spicy Sauce in a saucepan over medium heat and stir until melted; add sausage and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and cook 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and serve with toothpicks. This is a great recipe for slow cookers.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
